For South Asian women ready to stop second-guessing and start making bold, aligned career moves — without the guilt.

You’ve followed the path — but now you're wondering if it’s even yours.

You want more alignment, more purpose — and the confidence to go after it.
Whether you're pivoting careers or leveling up, you're ready to trust yourself again.

Let’s get you there — with clarity, confidence, and support.

Hi, I’m Neha — founder of Her Becoming and a first-generation Indian American who’s lived the tug-of-war between tradition and self-trust.

Like many of my clients, I grew up navigating the pressure to be the “good daughter” while quietly craving a life that felt true to me. I know the weight of guilt, doubt, and always putting others first.

Her Becoming was born from my own journey — to help South Asian women break free from silence, scarcity, and self-sacrifice, and step into clarity, confidence, and choice.

I coach from both training and lived experience — and I’m here to walk beside you as you become the woman you were always meant to be.

With the right support, you’ll stop second-guessing and start living fully. Does this resonate for you? Let’s chat!

  • Choosing careers to earn approval, not fulfillment

  • The fear of disappointing your parents (even in your 30s, 40s, 50s!)

  • The fear of judgment or rejection (“what will people say?!”) for choosing a different path

  • Lacking self-confidence and a sense of agency

  • Feeling stuck and not knowing what you really want

  • Scarcity thinking that stops you in your tracks like:

    • “It’s selfish to want more — especially when my parents sacrificed so much.”

    • “There’s only one path to stability, and I can't risk stepping off it.”

    • “Fulfillment is for other people — I need to be practical.

    • “I should hoard time, energy, and money— because it could all disappear.

    • I can’t trust myself with money, success, or big decisions.”

You’ve probably had enough of:

So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, confused, or even stuck, it’s because you’re carrying generations of expectations on your shoulders while you’ve been building a life of your own.

And that’s exhausting.

But here’s the good news: You’re not alone. And more importantly—you’re not broken. You’re waking up. You’re growing. Check out our free guide below, where we talk about how to shift to new mindsets that help you find career clarity and confidence on your own terms.

5 Mindset Shifts That Unlock Career Confidence for South Asian Women

From second-guessing every move to trusting yourself completely

Where we draw the line…

I’m not the coach for playing small, people-pleasing, or pretending you’re fine when you’re quietly burning out inside.

I work with South Asian women who are done shrinking themselves to fit roles they never chose — daughters who were raised to self-sacrifice, professionals who were taught that money is for security, not joy, and women who feel guilty for simply wanting more.

Here’s what I know:
✨ You don’t have to betray your culture to be true to yourself.
✨ Financial freedom isn’t selfish — it’s generational healing.
✨ Guilt isn’t a life plan.
✨ You’re not too much. You’ve just outgrown “bare minimum” thinking.

I’m not here to help you cope with the cage — I’m here to help you outgrow it.

This is your permission slip to want what you want — without apology.

Here’s to your alignment ahead
